What to expect when hiring us for your event
01. Tell Us About Your Event
Start by choosing the bar experience that feels right for your celebration and sharing a few details about your event. From there, we’ll put together a personalized proposal based on your needs, guest count and vision.
02. Make It Official
Once you’re ready to book, we’ll make things official with a signed contract and a refundable 50% deposit.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event, and we’ll keep everything organized so you know exactly what to expect along the way.
03. Plan the Details
About 1–3 months before your event, we’ll finalize your beverage menu, help you choose from our cocktail options and create your alcohol purchasing consultation and shopping list. We’ll also iron out the timing, setup and service details so everything is ready well before event day.
04. Stay Connected
As your event gets closer, you can reach out anytime with questions, updates or anything else you think we should know. We’re here to make the process feel easy, clear and stress-free from start to finish.
05. Raise a Glass
On the day of your event, we arrive about 1.5 hours before service begins to handle setup and get everything ready. You show us where the alcohol is, then go enjoy your celebration while we take care of the bar, service, supplies, cleanup and everything in between.
